What are your working hours?
I work between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday with the majority of my work is completed within these times.
How do I hire you?
How do I communicate with you?
I am available via email, Slack, Voxer, text message, or project management software for day-to-day communication. I tend to accomadate to the preference of each client.
How quickly do you respond to emails?
During weekdays I aim to respond within the same day or within 24 hours. I prioritise my workload, therefore for truly urgent requests, the time frame will most likely be shortened.
Do you have a resume?
I do have a resume for when I am applying for a job as an employee. However, since I am an Independent Contractor and a business owner, you can see my work history on my LinkedIn in lieu of a resume.
Do you have references?
I have references included in my resume when applying for a position as an employee. As an Independent Contractor, I have testimonials. In addition, I have confidentiality agreements with my clients, therefore I respect that and cannot share their information.
What medical/healthcare specialties have you worked in?
I have worked in many specialties including Pediatrics, Dermatology, Mental Health, Plastic Surgery, Fuctional & Intergrative Medicine, Patient Advocacy, and Health Coaching.
Is there a contract to sign?
I don't require clients to commit to a long term service contract. However, I do have a service agreement that clients must read, agree to and sign before I start rendering service.
Is there anything you don't offer/do?
I do not offer any services in sales, cold calling, web designing, marketing, copywriting insurance billing/coding and/or social media.
What are your rates?
I have monthly retainer packages and as well as hourly rate. You can learn more about that here.
Can I cancel anytime?
While it'll be sad to see you go, you can cancel or terminate our agreement anytime. However, I must receive a 30 day notice. There will be no refunds if you cancel during a current billing cycle or for unused hours.
What happens if I use all my hours prior to the months end?
You will be notified when your hours are coming to an end. I will continue to work on tasks, however, my hourly rate will kick in and you will be invoiced weekly (on Fridays) for the hours worked.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes, I am! My certificate is HIPAA Awareness for Healthcare Providers. This course teaches:

How do you keep login information secure?
I use encrypted password managers like LastPass, Dashlane or 1Password.
What EMRs have you worked in the past?
I have worked with eClinicalWorks, Simple Practice, Practice Fusion, Valant, Therapy Notes, Charm, Cerbo, Therapy Appointment, and TheraNest.
How do you handle working with multiple clients?
Great question! Since I work with multiple clients and being that I'm a "one-man show", I use Time-Blocking method.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products (virtual assistants provide a "digital" service that is not tangible), I do not offer refunds.
